Welcome to The Tender Letters — A monthly analogue mail club, where an envelope of collage, poetry and community connection arrives on your doorstep each month. Each edition ships on/around the 15th of the month.
Pricing
EMBER membership is £12 (UK + International)
FLAME membership is £18 (UK + International & includes extras + 1 hour long community call each month)
HEARTH membership is £24 (UK + International & includes extras + 2 live community calls each month)
Shipping & Billing Details
Mail club orders are shipped with a stamp to keep membership cost as low as possible. So, there isn't any tracking information provided.
Your subscription renews monthly.
The monthly sign-up cut off is the 14th of each month. If you join on or after the 15th, you'll receive the next month's edition. When you join at the beginning of a sign up period (15th - 20th) there might be some overlap in your payments before you receive your first edition. This is normal and each payment goes towards an individual edition. If you want to adjust your payment schedule, just reach out to me and I'll help you out).
Please allow 7-10 working days after shipping confirmation for UK letters and 2 - 4 weeks for international mail.
Subscription Notes
This is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future mailings. Cancelling your subscription does not cancel or refund a month that has already been charged or processed. Once an edition has been processed or mailed, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
